The Power
The manner of which you conduct yourself, the manner of which your perspective perceives something and the manner of which you position yourself is the power that will either constrict your abilities or will allow you to capture your dream.
Your BEHAVIOR, OUTLOOK and ATTITUDE is your BOA POWER for achieving your dreams. Most people get so accustomed to working with a bad BOA that they do not realize they have one and are sabotaging their efforts for their dreams and ultimately the dream itself. You must realize the condition of your BOA and adjust your BOA to work for you and not constricting your abilities in order to achieve your dreams.

The Journey
The Journey itself in pursuit of the dream brings hope and keeps fueling hope. That even in the fulfillment of the dream the journey is the essence of the dream that must continue in more development of the dream and even the discovery of new dreams.
Dr. Allan Anthony Ewart was part of the Bill Davis Racing organization helping on the CAT Racing Team. Here he was also able to use the performance material he had developed to teach the aspects of synergy in teamwork and personal performance. Having synergy requires possessing the right Behavior, Outlook and Attitude (BOA). During these training sessions Tony helped them develop these attributes through his BOA Power system. In the 2002 Daytona 500 race, Ward Burton (driver of the #22 CAT Racing car) and the entire CAT Racing Team won the race. Synergy expressed through BOA POWER was one element of the many other elements (people, their talents/skills, equipment, the Bill Davis Racing organization, etc.) that helped capture the dream to win the Daytona 500. When Miami Fusion Soccer players were interviewed by the press on what made the difference for them getting into the semi-finals told them it was Dr. Tony Ewart that was coming in and working with them. Dr. Ewart is Trauma certified approved by the American Psychological Association (APA) and Critical Incident Stress Management certified. He is a triathlete, marathon runner and started racing go-karts at the age of five in Charlotte, NC. Eventually, he got into racing shifter go-karts at 135 m.p. h. His father was a combat pilot in WWII and the Korean War and retired after 30 years as a commercial pilot flying Captain/Instructor on the L-1011. Trained by his father, the competition itself and other top achievers Dr. Ewart knows how to live on the edge to win.
